Product features
Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is reduced by more than 20% compared to the SCB10 product, and the load loss is reduced by more than 30% compared to the SCB10 product. It has excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation, and maintenance free. Low noise: The product's noise level is 10-15 decibels lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 "6-220KV Transformer Sound Level".
Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts the most advanced mixing method and vacuum film degassing technology from abroad, which ensures uniform mixing and completely eliminates bubbles in the mixture. The product has an extremely low partial discharge capacity, which can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, making the resin insulation both fully encapsulated and interlayer immersed. The casting body has a dense solidification structure, flame retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
The insulation materials such as glass fiber used for winding coils have self extinguishing properties and will not generate arcs due to short circuits. Under high heat, the resin will not produce toxic or harmful gases.
High mechanical strength: The resin with fillers reduces the difference in expansion coefficient, curing shrinkage rate, internal stress, and hardness of the cured material inside the casting body. Prefabricated reinforcement materials are placed in the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils, which has a dense structure similar to reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand sudden short-circuit electric force without damage.
